Magento and Erply integration
Erply
Magento orders reach Erply automatically, with nothing typed in by hand.
- Price
- 99 € / year
- Licence
- One domain
- Setup
- From My account
Please note
Nothing has to be installed in the Magento store. Orders are read over Magento's own REST API, which only needs an integration created in the admin.
How it works
-
1. An order in the shop
A customer places an order in your store.
-
2. An invoice in Erply
The invoice carries the customer details from the order and the same lines.
-
3. The payment
If a payment method has been mapped in the settings, the payment is recorded against the invoice as well.
Frequently asked questions
No. The module reads orders over Magento's own REST API. All you do is create an integration in the Magento admin, give it read access to sales orders, and copy the access token into the settings here.
By default the ones whose Magento state is processing or complete. You can change this in the settings.
Using pending is not recommended: the order has not been paid for and may still be cancelled.
That is a setting. Leave it unticked and the invoice arrives as a draft, so somebody can look at it before it becomes a document.
Products are matched on their code. If no product has that code, the line goes on the invoice as free text under the name it had in the shop.
Yes. When a company name or VAT number was entered at the checkout, the company is looked up in the Estonian Business Registry and its registry code travels with the invoice. Erply matches a customer on their customer code, so without it every order would create another customer.
This only happens when the match is unambiguous — by VAT number, or by a name that matches exactly one registered company.
