WooCommerce and Erply integration
Erply
Orders, customers and products move from your store into Erply with no manual data entry.
- Price
- 99 € / year
- Licence
- One domain
How it works
-
1. An order comes in
A customer places an order in your store.
-
2. Invoice into Erply
The invoice is created with the customer details and the same lines as the order.
-
3. Payment recorded
If you want it, the payment is recorded according to the method chosen at checkout.
-
4. Stock levels
After the invoice is created, stock in Erply is reduced. Changes made in Erply reach the store.
Frequently asked questions
- Check that you can log in to Erply manually with the same client code, username and password
- Check that the Erply account has the right permissions
- Is the licence registered to the same domain the store is currently on
- Is the e-liides licence key entered correctly
- Is the e-liides licence still valid
- Are the Erply API keys in the right fields and entered correctly
The usual cause is incorrectly configured taxes in the store.
In your store admin panel go to WooCommerce → Settings → Tax → Standard rates.
Every row in the tax table needs the Shipping box ticked.
In that case the shipping method on the order probably has no VAT either — the order taxes have to be fixed first.
If taxes are configured per country in the store, set the tax mappings to Erply in the e-liides settings.
Once the tax mappings are set, all taxes arrive correctly.
There are several options, but in our experience the following works best.
In your store admin panel go to WooCommerce → Settings → Tax → Standard rates.
If you use an EU VAT plugin and the right taxes do not come through for orders with a VAT number, get in touch with our support and we will add support for that plugin.
- Add a separate row for each EU country and set the tax to that country’s VAT rate
- In the e-liides settings, map each tax to the matching Erply account
- The bottom row of the tax mapping table — the fallback for a missing tax — should be set to something like "0% VAT", which covers exports outside the EU
- For the "Order with an EU VAT number" row, choose the account linked to VAT-exempt sales within the European Union
Articles do not need to be added in advance. If a product on the order is missing, the article is created automatically. Existing products are matched by product code.
If Erply records invoice payments automatically, recording payments from the store side can be switched off per payment method.
For example, you can have payments skipped for bank links but recorded for PayPal.

Setting up payment methods
- Map every active payment method to a Erply account so the integration can record payments
- If Erply records payments automatically, switch payment recording off
-
5
Setting up taxes
- Correctly configured taxes are a prerequisite for the integration to work
- Map every store tax to the matching Erply tax
- If there is no suitable option, it has to be added on the Erply side first
-
6
The plugin is configured
If the integration does not behave as expected, check the FAQ section on this page. If you still cannot find an answer, get in touch with us.
