Validity of the sales contract, product and price information
These terms of sale apply to purchases made from the Online Store.
The prices of the products sold in the Online Store are shown next to the products.
Information about a product is presented in the Online Store directly alongside that product.
Placing an order
To order a product, a form must be completed. The required fields must be filled in and the desired product selected. The amount payable in euros is then displayed on screen and can be paid in full in advance in the sales environment using a suitable bank link (Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop, Pocopay and Liisi ID) or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard).
The contract enters into force once the amount payable has been received in the Online Store’s bank account.
Right of withdrawal
After receiving the order, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days, without giving a reason.
Force majeure
The Online Store is not liable for damages caused to the Customer or for delays in delivery where the damage or delay is due to circumstances the Online Store could not influence or foresee.
Processing of personal data
By entering data in the online store and giving the corresponding confirmation, the Consumer grants the right to collect and process the Consumer’s personal data (name, contact telephone number, email address).
Resolution of disputes
The Consumer has the right to turn to the consumer complaints committee if the Online Store has refused to resolve the Consumer’s complaint, or if the Consumer does not agree with the solution offered by the Online Store and considers that their rights have been violated or their interests harmed. The Consumer may submit a complaint to the consumer complaints committee through the Consumer Protection Board, or to a court. The Consumer may submit the complaint themselves or through a representative. Details of the consumer protection committee are available on the website of the Consumer Protection Board; for problems arising within European Union member states, please contact the European Consumer Centre.
