Same integration for: WooCommerce Magento

How it works

  1. 1. An order comes in

A customer places an order in your store.

  2. 2. Invoice into Standard Books

The invoice is created with the customer details and the same lines as the order.

  3. 3. Payment recorded

If a payment method mapping is set in the e-liides settings, the payment is recorded on the invoice too.

Frequently asked questions

  • Is the e-liides licence still valid
  • Is the Shopify connection created and active
  • Are the Standard Books API keys in the right fields and entered correctly

If taxes are configured per country in the store, set the tax mappings to Standard Books in the e-liides settings.

Once the tax mappings are set, all taxes arrive correctly.

Articles do not need to be added in advance. If a product on the order is missing, the article is created automatically. Existing products are matched by product code.

If Standard Books records invoice payments automatically, set the e-liides settings so that payments are not recorded.

Installation guide

Installation guide

  1. 1

Register a Standard Books licence at e-liides.ee

    • Log in or create a new account at e-liides.ee
    • After logging in, choose My account from the menu at the top right
    • Click Order a new service
    • Choose the Standard Books module for the Shopify platform and register the licence
    • Click Configure in the licence list
  2. 2

    Connecting Standard Books and Shopify

    • In "My account", click Configure on that licence row
    • Create the Shopify app following the instructions shown and create the connection
    • Enter the Standard Books API details, which you find in the Standard Books settings view
    • Set the date Shopify orders should be imported from
    • Once every field is filled in, click Create connection
  3. 3

Setting up taxes and other mappings

    • Once the connection is created, the mappings have to be set
    • Fill in the tax mappings — the tax type is required, and the revenue account is required when the tax type has no default revenue account
    • Because the Shopify API does not expose payment methods, choose a single account that all Shopify order payments are linked to. If Standard Books records payments itself, choose "Do not record payments"
    • Also choose the warehouse and the shipping article
    • When everything is set, tick Activate the integration and allow orders to be imported
  4. 4

    The integration is configured

If the integration does not behave as expected, check the FAQ section on this page. If you still cannot find an answer, get in touch with us.

    • Shopify orders now reach Standard Books
    • Data refreshes at roughly five-minute intervals
